I’m Blythe Amen the owner of A & S Property Services, Since opening in 2019 we have serviced high end and local clients alike. I hope to not only grow the company further for me but for my employees and our community. I love to be outdoors so lawn care and pressure washing most the time doesn’t even seem like work.
Meet Nolan Kaohi! Blythe’s right hand man and cracker of all the jokes. When Nolan isn’t working hard for A & S he is an amazing cook and you can find him on most weekend's continuing his love of landscaping by helping folks in the community clean up their properties.
